Both AFL-CIO and Local 709 Legislative Committee are asking members to take time to call your local representatives for your district. Tell them to “VOTE NO” on SB362! The bill is outlined above and points are highlighted for you to view.
“Just so you know, a lot of this has to do with them not wanting Organizers to speak with this “New Electric Trucking Company “Rivian” employees about forming a Union when they open in Georgia at Social Circle around 2025/2026” says LC member Sheila McKinney.
